CHILDREN & YOUTH service

We encourage the children and youth of Maplewood Presbyterian Church to serve others and to look beyond themselves as Jesus Christ called us to do in the Gospel. Following are just some of the ways our children and youth have served:

​

• collecting food for food banks (for pets and people)

• serving at the Maplewood Friday night community dinners

• acting as ambassadors for the Souper Bowl of Caring to collect donations for social welfare organizations chosen by the kids

• raising awareness for various Presbyterian special offerings programs.

 

Servanthood - on their level - is a continuing focus within our program.
