Worship at Maplewood is a mix of traditional and contemporary elements that combine for a multi-generational blended worship experience. We are continually evaluating our worship to be sure it is satisfying the needs of our congregation in prayer, message, music and community. One of our main focuses at Maplewood is our open prayer time. Our worship services include times when congregation members can voice their joys and celebrations, as well as their concerns and griefs. We are a church that shares its joys and concerns with one another, creating a strong community of people who care deeply for their neighbors - in good times as well as times of struggle. Should you wish to view a sample order of worship, you may do so by clicking here. It takes many, many people to lead worship each week, and over 50% of our congregation is involved in leading worship at some point during the year. There are opportunities to usher, greet, read scripture, sing, play instruments, and run our A/V tools. Should you be interested in helping in any of these areas, or to serve on or give feedback to the Worship Committee, please contact Stephen Eddy, our Worship Elder. Sermon audio |
